  • Timeliness - Document within 24 hours of visit
  • Completeness - Include all required elements

Common Tasks

  1. Go to Patient Charts from the main navigation
  2. View all patients assigned to you
  3. Search or filter by facility, name, or status
  4. Click on a patient to view their chart

  1. Access patient from your schedule
  2. Click “Document Visit”
  3. Complete visit template:
    • Chief complaint
    • History of present illness
    • Physical exam
    • Assessment and plan
  4. Sign and finalize note

  1. Open the patient chart
  2. Navigate to the Clinical Notes section
  3. View SOAP notes, progress notes, and assessments
  4. Filter by date or note type if needed

  2. Set your availability:
    • Active days (which days you work)
    • Max daily visits
    • Geographic preferences
  3. Save your settings
  4. View your schedule in the Visit Calendar
