The AllCare Nurse App is a mobile application designed for nurses, med techs, and caregivers to manage patient care directly from their iOS or Android device. The app enables medication administration (MedPass), task management, resident lookup, and AI-powered assistance—all while on the floor.Key Benefit: Perform MedPass, document tasks, and access patient information without returning to a desktop computer.

Logging In
Login Methods
The app supports two login methods:Email & Password
Use your AllCare email and password—the same credentials you use on the web platform
Phone Number
Enter your registered phone number to receive an OTP code
Step-by-Step Login

Open the App
Tap the AllCare Nurse app icon on your device

Choose Login Method
Select “Login with Email” or “Login with Phone”

Enter Credentials
- Email login: Enter your email address and password
- Phone login: Enter your registered phone number

Verify Identity (OTP)
A one-time password will be sent to your phone or email. Enter the 6-digit code to continue.

Select Facility (if applicable)
If your account has access to multiple facilities, select the facility you’re working at today. You can switch facilities later in Settings.
Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:- Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Create a new password (must meet security requirements)
- Return to the app and log in with your new password

Residents Tab
Your home screen for patient information:- Search for residents by name
- View profiles including demographics, contacts, and medical information
- Access medication lists for each resident
- Add notes and documentation
MedPass Tab
Medication administration workflow:- View scheduled medications for all residents
- Filter by time window (morning, noon, evening, bedtime, PRN)
- Document administration with timestamps
- Record refusals or holds with reasons
- Track PRN medications separately
Tasks Tab
Task management and completion:- View assigned tasks for your shift
- Complete tasks and add documentation
- Add interventions when needed
- Filter by status (pending, completed, overdue)
Settings Tab
Account and app management:- Switch facilities (if you have multi-facility access)
- Change password

- Once granted, log out and log back in to refresh your permissions

Can I use the same login as the web platform?
Yes! Your AllCare login credentials work for both the web platform and the mobile app. If you can log in to platform.allcare.ai, you can use those same credentials in the app.

If your account has access to multiple facilities, you’ll be prompted to select one after logging in. You can switch facilities anytime by going to Settings → Switch Facility.

The app requires an internet connection (WiFi or cellular data) for most features. Some data may be cached locally, but you’ll need connectivity to document medications and sync your work.

Yes. The AllCare Nurse App uses encrypted connections and follows HIPAA security requirements. Data is transmitted securely and access is controlled by your permissions.
