Overview

Route Management helps providers see their daily facility visits in an optimized order, minimizing travel time and maximizing efficiency. AllCare automatically calculates the best route based on your home base, facility locations, and scheduled visit times.
Automatic Optimization: Routes are optimized by AllCare’s scheduling system using your home base address, facility locations, and capacity settings.

If Your Route Needs Changes

While providers view optimized routes, schedule changes are coordinated through AllCare Operations:

Troubleshooting

Solution: Verify you have scheduled visits, refresh the page, and check your internet connection.

  • Recent address changes not reflected
  • Optimization based on different factors
Solution: If the route appears significantly inefficient, contact AllCare Operations to review.
Possible causes:
  • Outdated facility address
  • Navigation app using old data
Solution: Verify the address in AllCare and contact Ops if incorrect. Use the phone number to confirm with the facility.
Possible causes:
  • Traffic conditions changed
  • Estimates based on average conditions
Solution: Travel times are estimates. Check real-time traffic in your navigation app.
