Welcome to AllCare

This guide walks you through your first login to the AllCare platform. Whether you’re a facility administrator, nurse, or staff member, follow these steps to access your account and get started.
Before You Begin: You should have received an email invitation from AllCare with your login credentials or a link to set up your account.

Accessing AllCare

Step 1: Open the Platform

Navigate to the AllCare platform in your web browser:
Bookmark this page for quick access in the future. AllCare works best in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Enter Email Address

Type the email address associated with your AllCare account
This is typically your work email address that was provided when your account was created.

Enter Password

Enter your password:
  • If this is your first time, use the temporary password from your invitation email
  • If you’ve logged in before, use your current password

Click Sign In

Click the Sign In button to access your account

First-Time Setup

If this is your very first login, you may be prompted to complete additional setup steps:

Password Reset

For security, you’ll be asked to create a new password on first login:

Create New Password

Enter a new password that meets these requirements:
  • At least 8 characters long
  • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Contains at least one number
  • Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Confirm Password

Re-enter your new password to confirm

Save Password

Click Update Password to save your new credentials
Keep your password secure. Never share your login credentials with others. Each user should have their own account.

Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

Your organization may require two-factor authentication (2FA):

Receive Verification Code

A code will be sent to your registered phone number or email

Enter Code

Enter the 6-digit verification code

Complete Login

Click Verify to complete the login process

What You’ll See After Login

Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard. What you see depends on your user role:

Facility Administrator

  • Full facility dashboard
  • All CRM features
  • User management access
  • Reports and analytics

Facility Staff

  • Patient list for your facility
  • Task completion features
  • Patient profiles
  • Basic reports

Nurse/CareGiver

  • Assigned patient list
  • Medication administration
  • Task management
  • Documentation tools

Support Roles

  • Facility-specific features
  • Task completion
  • Limited patient access
  • Role-specific tools

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Solutions:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Search for emails from [email protected] or [email protected]
  3. Contact your facility administrator to verify your email address
  4. Contact AllCare Support at [email protected]
Solutions:
  1. Ensure Caps Lock is off
  2. Try copying and pasting the password from your email
  3. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  4. Enter your email to receive a password reset link
  5. Check your email (including spam) for the reset link
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked.Solutions:
  1. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
  2. Use the Forgot Password option to reset
  3. Contact your facility administrator
  4. Contact AllCare Support for immediate assistance
Solutions:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Try a different web browser (Chrome recommended)
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  5. Try accessing from a different device
Common Errors:
  • “Access Denied” — Your account may not have facility access assigned. Contact your administrator.
  • “Session Expired” — Your login session timed out. Log in again.
  • “Account Not Found” — Verify you’re using the correct email address.
If errors persist, contact AllCare Support with the exact error message.

Forgot Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

Click Forgot Password

On the login page, click Forgot Password or Reset Password

Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your account

Check Your Email

Look for a password reset email (check spam folder too)

Click Reset Link

Click the link in the email to create a new password

Create New Password

Enter and confirm your new password following the requirements
Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.
