How It Works

Partner Request Workflow

Creating a Partner Request

When you create a partner request:
  1. You select a partner from your contracted partner facilities
  2. You select a patient from your own facility’s patient list
  3. You describe the request in free text (e.g., “Patient needs wound care assessment”)
  4. AI automatically fills:
    • Category
    • Service type
    • Priority level
    • Suggested schedule
  5. Task is created directly in the partner facility’s Task Management
  6. Your facility appears as “Source” so partners know who requested the task
The AI assistant reads your description and intelligently categorizes the request. Be specific in your description for the most accurate auto-fill.

A new “Requests from Partners” tab shows all tasks that partner facilities have requested from you.

Read-Only Mode for Partner Requests

Tasks in the “Requests from Partners” tab operate in read-only mode:
View task details
Add comments to communicate with partners
Filter and sort tasks
Tasks cannot be edited inline—this ensures the requesting facility maintains control over their request specifications.

AI-Assisted Form Filling

When creating partner requests, our AI assistant automatically suggests:
AI analyzes your description and selects the most appropriate service category (e.g., “Wound Care”, “Medication Administration”)
Based on the category and description, AI suggests the specific service needed
AI evaluates urgency keywords in your description to suggest appropriate priority
AI suggests timing based on the service type and any time-related mentions in your description
Always review AI suggestions before submitting. You can modify any field before sending the request.
