## How AllCare handles your requests

Every request you send (fax, email, portal) lands in the **AI Concierge**, where it's read, classified, and routed to the right team (Pharmacy, Clinic, Routing, or external partners). A Care Partner confirms the dispatch and follows up with you until the task is closed.
