# Healthcare Partners

> External integrators and partner organizations connecting to AllCare.

This section is for external healthcare partners and developers integrating with AllCare. Labs, imaging centers, home health agencies, hospice providers, partner clinics, and engineering teams building on the AllCare API.

## How partner work flows

When the AI Concierge classifies a request as **External domain** (lab, imaging, home health, hospice), a Care Partner routes it to the appropriate partner and owns follow-up until closure. Partners receive routed work via the channels established in their integration agreement.
