# Care Partners

> Run the AI Concierge Pre-Dispatch queue and own every task to closure.

You are the human in the loop for every request that flows through AllCare. The AI Concierge does the reading, extraction, and classification. **You** confirm the dispatch and own follow-up until the task closes.

## Your two queues

| Queue            | Job                                                                            |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Pre-Dispatch** | Review every AI-classified task. Click Dispatch (or edit, reroute, cancel).    |
| **Open Tasks**   | Follow up on dispatched tasks. Communicate with the requester. Close the loop. |
